The Team

Paul Aaron Travis, Founder

Paul Aaron Travis is co-author of Leadership on Demand and contributing author of other books including From the Heart and 42 Rules for Business Books. The Relationship Capital Co. is the vehicle for his educational contributions to the world of networking and professional connectivity.

Paul is a Certified Management Consultant who worked in corporate marketing for a decade before founding the marketing consultancy, Vivify LLC. The kicker is that his first career was in software engineering where he never collected business cards or imagined why he would follow up with people! Fast forward to now, and he is teaching classes on the subject — proving that even middle-aged dogs can learn new tricks.

Paul served as President of the Institute of Management Consultants Pacific NW Chapter and co-founded the Customer Relationship Management Association’s Seattle Chapter. He studied branding at the Executive Program of Harvard Business School as well as mathematics and computer science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a Renaissance man who lives west of Seattle on Bainbridge Island with his wife, daughter, son, cat, and dog.

Nikki Lounsbury, Marketing Communications Specialist Nikki enjoys navigating the exhilarating world of modern digital communications. At the Relationship Capital Co. she has become the “voice behind the curtain”, pulling the levers and ensuring clients have access to original and relevant content. Currently she resides with her family just a short ferry ride from Seattle.
Jerry Brower, Web Community Specialist  A recent graduate of Olympic College, Jerry has a degree in Technical Design and AutoCAD.  He has beena HVAC system designer/fabricator with 30 years of experience in both Southern California and Central Washington.  He grew up in Friday Harbor, WA, and has two children with five grandchildren.  Jerry’s interests include digital photography, 3D modeling, PhotoShop, and music.
Victoria Hughes, Intern Writer/Editor Victoria is a student at Columbia College Chicago in her last year. She is a fiction writing major. She likes new books, old books, notebooks filled with writing and learning new information. She also plays various videogames. She and her fiance live in the Chicago area, and have two rats, two cats and a tarantula.
Elizabeth Crowley, Intern Writer/Editor As a senior in communications at Crown College in Minnesota, Elizabeth has writing and business management experience with college newspapers and radio/television stations.  She has a passion for writing songs and poems; she plays the piano and guitar as well.  When she is not writing or traveling or being outdoors, coffee and concerts are just a few of her pursuits.
